Privacy policy
This site collects only what the contact form asks (name, email, dates, message) and uses it solely to answer you and plan your proposal. No analytics beyond server logs, no data sales ever, erasure on request, and client photographs are published only with written permission.
What we collect, and why
When you use the enquiry form, we receive the four things it asks for: your name, your email address, your travel dates, and your message. We use them for exactly one purpose — replying to you and, if you book, planning and delivering your proposal. Planning a surprise involves inherently sensitive information; treating it carefully is not a legal posture here, it is the product.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp under Meta's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. We treat the contents with the same confidentiality as email; choose the channel you are comfortable with.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no marketing cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. Standard web-server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) exist for security and reliability, as on virtually every website. If analytics tooling is ever added, this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
How long we keep things
Enquiry and planning correspondence is kept as long as needed to deliver the service and handle any follow-up, then routinely thinned. Invoices are retained as long as tax law requires.
Your photographs
You own your gallery. We publish a couple's images — on this site or anywhere else — only with written permission, given freely and revocable at any time. Declining has no effect on your service, ever.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for erasure. Write to info@santoriniluxuryproposals.com and we will act on it promptly — no forms, no friction. You may also lodge a complaint with the Greek data protection authority if you believe we have handled something badly.
No sales, no sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we share it only with the vendors delivering your booking (a florist needs a delivery time, not your life story) — each bound by the confidentiality rules described across this site. Questions about any of this: ask us directly.
