Terms of service
A 30 percent deposit fixes your date, the balance lands two weeks before the evening, and weather moves plans rather than canceling them. Your written quote is the binding document; these terms summarize how the house works. You own your photographs; we publish nothing without written consent.
These terms summarize how bookings work in plain language. The binding document for any booking is your written quote, which restates the applicable terms with your specific dates, venues, and prices — so nothing here can surprise you later.
Booking and payment
A 30 percent deposit fixes your date, your planner, and your photographer. The balance is due two weeks before the evening; larger productions may split payments as stated on the quote. All payments are invoiced.
Weather
Weather moves plans rather than canceling them. Every plan carries a pre-agreed alternative (a sheltered location, an interior, or a date shift within your stay where travel allows), and the switch decision is made with you on the morning of the evening. Weather itself is never grounds for a surcharge.
Changes and cancellation
Changes of package or scope are accommodated up to fourteen days before the evening, subject to availability. On cancellation, amounts not yet committed to third parties (venues, florists, musicians) are returned; committed costs are the limit of what we can refund, and the thresholds are stated per booking on the quote.
Photographs and film
Your gallery and films belong to you, delivered without watermarks or usage fees. We use client images publicly only with written consent, which may be declined or withdrawn at any time without affecting anything else.
Liability
Our responsibility covers the services we contract and coordinate. We are not liable for matters outside reasonable control — weather, transport strikes, venue force majeure — beyond the remedies described above. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
Bookings are governed by Greek law. Any dispute we cannot resolve like adults over a phone call falls to the competent Greek courts.
