Santorini wedding packages, with the floors printed

Three Santorini wedding packages, three published starting prices. 2,900 euro for the two of you, 5,400 for up to twenty guests, 12,000 for a full production. Each figure buys the planning, the coordination and the coverage. Venue hire and catering are billed at cost and quoted separately, and we say so before you ask.

Three numbers, printed. The industry standard is eleven venue names or an email address.

Every figure below is a floor for our work: the planning, the coordination, the styling and the coverage. Venue hire and catering are billed at cost by the venue and quoted separately. That split is deliberate, and the reason is in the table underneath it.

PackageFromGuestsWhat it is
The Two of You€2,9002Vows at golden hour with nobody watching. The smallest wedding we plan, and the one we plan most.

The marked row is the one most couples land on, for the same reason it is marked on our proposal page: it is the smallest package where a planner runs the whole evening rather than handing you a timeline.

What each one contains
A red rose heart inside a white canopy at sunset, a red carpet and rows of gold candlesticks leading to it, bougainvillea overhead
The middle floor, dressed. Nothing in this frame is quoted by the hour.

Written out, so nothing arrives as a surprise

The Two of You

€2,900from · just the two of you

Vows at golden hour with nobody watching. The smallest wedding we plan, and the one we plan most.

  • Planning from the first message, including the paperwork clock if the ceremony is legal rather than symbolic
  • Location strategy scored against crowds, wind and sunset for your exact dates
  • A celebrant, and a ceremony written with you rather than read at you
  • Styling: bouquet, buttonhole, and the ceremony setting dressed
  • Photography, ninety minutes, delivered within seventy-two hours
  • A planner on the ground for the whole of the day
  • A written plan B with its own location and arrival time, agreed before you fly

The Long Table

€5,400from · up to twenty guests

The people who would be hurt not to be there, one table, and an evening that needs no schedule read aloud.

  • Everything in The Two of You, and then
  • Venue search and liaison, with honest exposure notes on every option we put forward
  • Guest logistics: arrival timings, transfers briefed, and one point of contact who is not you
  • Dinner coordination and a run of the evening built backward from the sunset minute
  • Florals beyond the ceremony — table, aisle, and the one photograph everyone takes
  • Photography extended to four hours, plus a short film of the ceremony
  • Rehearsal walkthrough at the venue the day before

The Whole Island

€12,000from · twenty guests and above

Every variable under control, including the ones nobody warns you about.

  • Everything in The Long Table, and then
  • Exclusive-use venue negotiation, and the contract read on your behalf
  • Full supplier direction: catering, bar, music, transport, hair and make-up
  • Multi-day coordination — welcome evening, the day itself, and the morning after
  • Two photographers and a film crew
  • An on-site production team for the whole of the wedding day
  • A named planner who has walked your venue at your ceremony hour, in your month

What the floor does not buy

Four things sit outside every package, and they sit outside on purpose:

  • Venue hire. Two thousand euro for a straightforward setting, twelve to fourteen for exclusive use of a caldera property. A headline that folds that in is not cheaper, it is less legible.
  • Catering and bar. Billed per head by the venue or the caterer, and around a hundred euro a head is where the island starts.
  • Legal fees and certified translations. Paid to the people who issue them. We manage the process inside the package; we do not mark up the paperwork.
  • Accommodation. Yours to choose, and we would rather advise honestly than earn a commission on it.

Read the paperwork clock and the wind before you pick a date, or ask for a written quote with your guest number and window.

What the price does and does not cover

How much does a Santorini wedding package cost?

Ours start at 2,900 euro for the two of you, 5,400 euro for up to twenty guests, and 12,000 euro for a full production. Those are floors for our own work — planning, coordination, styling and coverage. Venue hire and catering are billed at cost by the venue and quoted separately, because a rim terrace and an exclusive caldera property differ by a factor of six and folding them into one headline hides that.

Why is the venue not included in the price?

Because including it would make the number less useful, not more. Venue hire on this island runs from about two thousand euro for a straightforward setting to twelve or fourteen thousand for exclusive use of a caldera property. A package price that quietly assumes one of those tells you nothing about the other, and you would discover which one you had bought at the point of signing.

How do these compare with other Santorini planners?

Our entry package sits at the same level as the strongest competitor's entry elopement rather than under it, and carries photography that theirs does not. Above that the market splits: some planners publish a dozen venue-branded tiers, and others publish nothing and ask you to email. We would rather print three numbers and be held to them.

Can we start with one package and change our minds?

Up to the point where suppliers are contracted, yes, and moving up is easier than moving down because the deposits follow the venue rather than us. Tell us early if the guest list is unstable; a plan built for twenty that might become forty is a different plan from the start, not the same plan with more chairs.

Is the ceremony legal or symbolic at these prices?

Either, and the price does not change. What changes is the calendar: a legal ceremony needs apostilled documents, certified translations and a municipal review that together run eight to twelve weeks. The paperwork clock is set out in full on the weddings page, and we manage it inside every package rather than charging for it separately.

Tell us the date. We will hold the light.

One conversation is enough to know whether we are the right house for your proposal. No pressure, no scripts — just an honest read on your dates.
