The middle tier is where most couples land, and it has its own page at micro weddings because the guest count decides more than the budget does. A vow renewal is priced from the same three floors and carries no legal line at all. Which ceremony you hold inside any of the three is a configuration rather than a price: civil and Orthodox add document handling, symbolic adds nothing.

The terms, before you ask for them
- VAT. Prices include Greek VAT where it applies. Third-party costs carry whatever VAT that supplier charges, shown on their invoice rather than absorbed into ours.
- Deposit and balance. A 30 percent deposit fixes the date; the balance falls due two weeks before.
- Weather. Caldera settings are wind-exposed. We relocate to a sheltered alternative at no cost, and if conditions make the day unsafe we move it at no cost. Weather is never grounds for a surcharge.
- Cancellation. Money we have not yet handed to a venue, a florist or a musician comes back to you. Money already handed over is the ceiling on what we cannot return, and your quote names those thresholds against your own suppliers.
- Replies. A planner answers within one working day, usually faster.
None of the five above is the contract. What binds is the quote we write you, carrying these same clauses with your own dates, venues and figures filled in, so nothing on this page can surprise you later. The governing wording sits at terms of service where anyone can read it before enquiring, for the same reason the prices sit here rather than behind a form.

Why is the venue not inside your package price?
Because folding it in would hide the single largest variable behind an average. Venue hire on this island runs from about two thousand euro for a straightforward setting to twelve or fourteen thousand for exclusive use of a caldera property — and the rule holds even at AION, the Old Port venue we stage most often: its hire is quoted to you at cost, never folded into our figure. A package price that quietly assumes one of those tells you nothing useful about the other, and you would find out which you had bought at signing.
Do your prices include VAT?

What is the cheapest honest way to marry here?
Two people, a symbolic ceremony, a shoulder-season weekday, and a setting that charges nothing to stand in. That combination puts the whole day near our 2,900 euro floor plus a photographer's time, and it produces a better set of photographs than most twenty-guest weddings. We say so freely because the alternative is watching couples spend more for a worse evening.
When is the balance due, and what happens if we cancel?
A 30 percent deposit fixes the date and the balance falls due two weeks ahead of it. If you cancel, whatever has not yet reached a venue or a florist comes back to you, and whatever has is the ceiling on what we cannot return. Your own quote names those thresholds supplier by supplier, and the governing wording is published rather than sent on request.
