How booking works
- You write to us — the date window, how you picture it, anything you dread. WhatsApp or the contact page, whichever is natural.
- We answer with a straight read: which package fits, which two or three settings suit your week, and what the real total will be. If we think you need less than you asked for, we say so; the cost guide shows the logic we use.
- A 30 percent deposit locks the date. You get a written plan: spot, timing to the minute, styling, wind alternative, and who is standing where.
- On the evening, you only carry the ring. Everything else is ours, coordinated by a planner who has done this on the same rail, at the same hour, in the same wind.

Package questions, answered
What exactly is included in each package?
Everything listed on this page, with no asterisks: the tier cards above are the contract, not a teaser. If a line says 75 minutes of photography, that is coverage time at the spot, not travel time. Anything you add later (musicians, film, florals beyond the listed scene) is quoted separately before you commit, never appended afterward.
How does the deposit work?
A 30 percent deposit fixes your date, your planner, and your photographer; the balance is due two weeks before the evening. If we have to move you for weather, the deposit simply travels with the new plan. We put this in writing in every quote so there is nothing to reinterpret later.
Can we switch packages after booking?
Upward, always: The Quiet Yes can grow into The Signature until fourteen days out, subject to venue availability. Downward switches work until the same deadline, less any costs already committed to venues or florists on your behalf. We tell you what has been committed before you decide.
What happens to our package if the weather turns?
Every plan is written with a sheltered alternative agreed in advance: a windward-walled terrace, an interior with caldera glass, or a date shift within your stay when your travel allows it. The decision point is the morning of, made with you on WhatsApp, not sprung on you at the venue.
How far ahead should we book a package?
For May through October evenings, eight to twelve weeks ahead keeps the full choice of terraces and photographers; the private-venue tiers benefit from more. Inside four weeks we can nearly always build The Quiet Yes well, and we will say plainly when a date is too tight to do properly.
