Yes, and for some couples it is the right call. At €450 to €700 you are buying an hour of coverage at a spot you picked, timed by you, which works when you already know the location, the minute, and how you will get your partner there without suspicion. What you give up is the crowd read and the fallback: if the terrace fills or the wind turns, nobody is holding a second plan, and that is what the €950 tier is actually selling.
